The choice paradox is the idea that the more choice we are given the more anxious we become.

The Lab have the luxury of 45 promising concepts to explore. That number is growing daily.

How can we get the organisation to focus on the right ones?

The answer of course is not to present people with the whole bunch — but to present them with a shortlist.
