To the posh media twat who keeps telling me to work hard, it’s what he did and it how he got to where he is.

Here is some reverse advice:

  • you work in a company surrounded by posh people who see themselves in you and give you the opportunities. With that and the requisite encouragement you are going to be motivated. Don’t be fooled, You didn’t get where you are by working hard. Your passion for your job was rewarded , when I try the same they just see someone who isn’t “one of them” .
  • I have literally worked harder than the next posh white overprivelidged man and still I am not given the same equal footing. Television is not the encouragement capital if you are BAME.

Why are we given these BAME initiatives while the oxbridge brigade simply walk in with little skills base and be trained up? Some get the training but are still substandard workers.
