Not sure I love this mentality. While true for weight loss, many people are going to read this and say ‘well exercise only makes me fatter’ and do no physical activity whatsoever. Exercise has many health benefits besides calorie deficit and should be incorporated into everyone’s lifestyle.

I’m not saying everyone needs to do crossfit 6 days a week, especially if you’re a beginner, but it’s been proven numerous times that working up a decent sweat few times a week improves the quality of your sleep, general health and overall mood.
