The best chance we have to solve the housing crisis is by engaging legislation at the State level so they could do what the cities are unable to do. I feel a lot of the dialogue between city officials and their constituents are driven by short term solutions (since the incentive is to fix and get re-elected) versus doing what is best for the long term development of our communities.
