In #urban neighborhoods where #RealEstate #Properties trade in exuberant excesses over replacement cost- we should expect to salvage and repurpose the entity as much as possible to carve out a #financial return that justifies taking on that added #acquisition #risk. Sometimes that’s the only way you can get the numbers to pencil out for #urban infill projects. In order to stave of political and governmental risk we believe in our projects so much that we prefer to reorganize our organization and capital structure by taking on all the risk in order to see the project on. #RiskOn
Below we have the remains of a 1950's project in the heart of Los Angeles in Koreatown. We will be repurposing these building by trying to salvage the old bones and adding density to the neighborhood.
