Getting started with ByTrade
The ByTrade cryptocurrency trading platform mobile application is currently available on Android and iOS. The latest versions support all devices compliant with its latest software update as per the app store’s requirements. Below are the only official download links for the ByTrade mobile application:

Signing Up on ByTrade Exchange
On mobile devices
To sign up using the ByTrade mobile application, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: On the mobile app, click the green bull icon on the upper right corner of the screen
Step 2: Click login/register then go to “Quick registration”
Step 3: Choose if you want to register using your mobile phone or email
Step 4: Once required information is filled, click “send” verification code and you should receive them to your chosen registration method (mobile/email)
Step 5: Once the code is received, input the code on the registration page
Step 6: Input your referrer’s invitation code (optional)
On desktop
To sign up to ByTrade using your desktop, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to ByTrade Website, click “register” on the upper right corner of the screen
Step 2: Choose if you want to register using your mobile phone or email
Step 3: Once required information is filled, click “send” verification code and you should receive them to your chosen registration method (mobile/email)
Step 4: Once the code is received, input the code on the registration page
Step 5: Input your referrer’s invitation code (optional)
Real-Name Authentication (KYC)
Real Name Authentication is a security standard process that is implemented by the ByTrade exchange designed to protect the company or its users against fraud, corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing. ByTrade’s KYC process involves collection of user’s data, due diligence and risk management.
Users are required to complete KYC before doing any kind of transaction in the ByTrade exchange. To complete your KYC, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to account security and navigate and click real-name authentication
Step 2: Enter required information from your valid ID, make sure that the information you provide on the form matches the information from your ID.
Step 3: Upload a clear copy of your ID and submit a clear photograph of you holding the presented ID and handwritten white paper verification.
Step 4: Confirm that the information you provided is your own and there is no pirating of other people’s information by ticking the box.
Step 5: Click “confirm submission” once you have completed all the required steps.
Tips
(1) How to take pictures:
In order to ensure that the photo is clear, please place the passport forward to keep a larger format. Please try to ensure that only the ID, white paper and head are in the lens. Make sure that the facial features and the photo are basically the same. Do not cover the face. Half-press the shutter and press the ID card to focus then view the scene.
(2) Picture definition and size: Ensure that the text is clear and recognizable (watermarking is allowed), and the size of the image should not exceed 5MB. If the document information is not clear, it will be rejected and need to be re-uploaded.
(3) Hand-held ID photo:
Please upload a hand-held photo and white paper, and write the name of the exchange and the date of application for certification on the white paper, such as: ByTrade, May 22, 2018.
In order to ensure that the passport is clear, please place the passport forward to keep a larger format. When focusing, try to ensure that there are only documents, white paper and heads in the lens. Make sure that the facial features and the photos are basically the same. Do not cover the face and the contents of the document.
