How long do I have to wait to receive the verification code?

- You should receive the verification code through mobile or email instantly (maximum of 5 minutes)

I could not find my country on the list of country codes for mobile registration, what should I do?

- ByTrade supports registration to all countries except China. You can raise a ticket to the customer support or alternatively, use email as your registration method.

How long will it take to get my KYC application approved?

- It will take 6 hours to get your KYC approved if passed. In circumstances when we are receiving a large volume of applications, it may take up to 30 hours.

Which valid ID can be used for the KYC application?

- We recommend you use your national passport for the KYC, however, you can still use your local government-issued ID such as national ID or driver’s license.

How do I use Google Authentication?

- It is simple. Download the Google Authenticator mobile application, press/click “+” then enter the setup key or simply scan the QR code from the ByTrade “Modify Google authentication” page. Then do further necessary verifications and submit.
