This is the Zen Garden Cake… let’s just take a moment to appreciate the STUNNING presentation! 😍 Masterchef bakersiu always creates some of the most stunning, cute, and delicious cakes and desserts!! Love that the design of it is inspired by the traditional Japanese gardens! 🌸

Inside, there’s chocolate chiffon cake, matcha mousse, and chocolate mousse layers! The chocolate mousse was so rich and the matcha mousse had the perfect balance between sweet and bitter. Loved that there’s also a layer of matcha white sesame crunch and a brown butter feuilletine base giving each bite the perfect crisp! At the top, there is Black Sesame whipped cream with a raked pattern to make it look like the sands of real zen gardens! On top, it’s decorated with a Sakura macaron, Stones filled with whipped cream, dark chocolate branches, and coloured graham crumbs as moss to add to the zen garden design! ✨ This cake is definitely a must try for matcha lovers! 🍵
