Life’s ups and downs will challenge you in various ways. Accepting those challenges become the entrance of seeing the world as a realm of unlimited possibilities. Discovering what God’s purpose for you is the launching pad on which you conceive your opportunities- a place where your dreams about what life have in store for you, becomes the journey for your success. Know that life has its challenges, no one is exempt; yet finding your purpose will propel you to heights unknown. As you reach one level of success after another, there will come a time of realization that “You can indeed do all things through Him that strengthens you.” As you make your way through the rough terrains, “the trenches” the challenges, hardships, fears, loneliness, and other variables, you may wonder if it’s really worthwhile; but because you have purpose, there is hope for your success. Therefore, continue in your pursuit, for you know that “You have the capability to get beyond your past and move higher in life.” I’ve learned that our past often prepares us for the future if we allow it to. God provides us with opportunities to learn from those things that have happened to us. So there will be times in your life, when like the disciple Peter, you get sidetracked or lose sight of your purpose, but with your trust in God, He will bring clarity for your purpose of being. Though it will be times that you may have to remind yourself of who you are, your purpose in life, and the unlimited possibilities, keep near to the promises made to you by God which will become definitive of your future. Therefore be careful that you don’t let the pursuit of your life’s goals, no matter how important they seem, cause you to lose sight of your purpose.

In the mist of your journey, don’t let others push your buttons nor allow you to lose focus. If necessary, place your promises on the wall, and have faith that the door will open; just be willing to walk through it. Furthermore, along the way you will encounter others who are in a struggle to travel the same road as you; for all of us know someone who has loads of possibilities that have not been fully explored, and thus have not been realized. But if God has blessed you, be that blessing to someone else, and if there is a need to lift yourself up, lift up someone else. One of the worst things in life is to allow yourself or your love ones to live and die without even reaching for the promises of purpose and possibility. Sometimes it’s because of the negative voices from within, while at other times, it is from the voices of others. As I reflect Biblically, Moses, David, Job and Joseph are sterling examples of people who had to overcome inner voices and outward opinions, but they did it, therefore it’s possible. Possibilities become broken dreams, nightmares, and “woulda, coulda, shoulda” testimonials when you fail to act in accordance with God’s will and purpose for your life. So, what are you waiting for? Why are you still on the launching pad? Are you afraid of the challenges, the unexplained dark regions, or are you experiencing the fear of failure? If you’re made it this far in this reading, then you knew this message was for you. So strap in and get ready for the ride of your life; the ride from purpose to the fulfillment of possibilities and the attainment of the goals that are synonymous with your purpose in life.
