The Zika Virus and Rio 2016

The Zika virus has raised major concerns about the Olympics. However, the CDC says the risk of viral transmission is low since it is winter in Brazil. With approximately thirty thousand suspected cases of Zika reported in Rio, the race to fortify athletes and spectators against the virus is a competition in itself.
