That would have to be a whole other story, likely not from a first person perspective, with a different title than “The Handmaid’s Tale”. What you are asking for would have to be “Every Handmaid’s Tale” or “Some Handmaid’s tales”, and that likely wouldn’t fit into ten 1 hour episodes, or one movie, or one novel, unfortunately.

One could argue that from a pure storytelling perspective (as I remember the story), it might be more powerful to keep the other characters largely unknown given that the handmaids are presumably not meant to interact much on a personal level, since isolation is part of the mechanics of subjugation.
