The American Public Power Association is now providing access to a one-stop online library of human resources and benefits information. The web-based system, called HR 360, is an attorney-reviewed source for HR news, tools, forms, training, compliance information, and more.
The service is complimentary with APPA membership, or non-members can purchase access separately.
