In our previous articles we discussed the production of hollow concrete blocks in general. In this series of articles, we will make additions about what is a hollow block, also called a briquette or brick, and what is not. We know that the combination of pressure and vibration together forms hollow bricks, blocks. They have different models and sizes. Hollow blocks have a standard size of 40 cm x 20 x 20. The machine is designed with these standards. Such machine mainly using for production of concrete blocks. For to start the machine should be turned on, the solution in the mixer is transferred to the hopper by a conveyor belt , the solution, poured into molds, forms a hollow brick with vibration and hydraulic force.

Мaterial Use

The machine for hollow blocks is divided into the following proportions: one bag of cement for five bags of sand. That is, it consists of a mixture of 4 to 1 or 5 to 1. After addition, water should be added to achieve the desired consistency. Adding water should be done carefully and professionally. Otherwise, if you add too much water, the sand particles will not stick to the cement. On the other hand, the use of cement should also be considered. Let’s say you have exceeded or decreased the amount of cement, this will lead to cracks when the concrete block dries. Therefore, the operator and other employees need to pay attention to the machine settings to produce high quality concrete blocks and concrete briquettes. Sand, one of the components of the solution, guaranteeing durability. To do this, the materials in the machine must be used in the correct proportion.

Feature insulation Bims.

In the development of machines for the production of hollow concrete blocks and bricks, work is underway to reduce the weight of hollow blocks produced. It is assumed that the hollow block obtained from foam and filler components will be light, this product, called pumice, is not as durable, but attracts attention with its insulation characteristic.
