Very interesting article. Eventually I do need to get a new laptop (my current Windows one is 9 years old). Was considering a mac as I was planning on a bootcamp but that’s on hold now for different reasons. My biggest concern for me is the visual display. People love to tout the ‘real estate’ of the screen- get more on there as possible. For me the issue lies with the fact I am a low vision individual so I tend to lower resolution size (ahh the old 800x600…) as it is pretty much impossible for me to see at ridiculously high resolutions. So.. to that end I do most of my computer stuff on a desktop (currently a 24 inch). Not sure what I’ll do laptop wise as my income is pretty much poverty level at the moment.

Now I know why I’ve always preferred Mainframe… easier to see! ;)
