In my view, there are a few key factors driving this explosion. There’s the continued advancement in machine learning algorithms, particularly in deep learning. These algorithms are becoming more sophisticated and capable, enabling us to tackle more complex problems.
There’s the availability of vast amounts of data, which is fuel for these algorithms. As more aspects of our lives become digitized, we’re generating more data than ever before, and this data is being used to train increasingly powerful AI models.
We also see the increasing computational power of modern systems. The development of more powerful hardware, as well as the use of cloud computing, is enabling us to process large amounts of data and run complex algorithms more efficiently.
However, with this AI — boom, there are also significant challenges that we need to address. One of the key challenges is ensuring that the benefits of AI are distributed equitably.
