I’m so sorry to hear about all this. The types of relationships you’re talking about are difficult to navigate, and as you’ve experienced, they can end with us feeling terrible, questioning ourselves, and sometimes, life itself. I know there’s little I can say, but I’ve felt many of the same things, especially feeling like there’s something wrong with me and wondering why I bother. I sincerely hope you’ll hang in there.
