Nice rant. Gave me a flashback to the vibe (articles I read which were nearly identical to this) in late ’09… which, given I’m typing this in 2017, tells me this challenge will still exist in 2024. Why do I believe this way? Because I believe new digital developments will always leave a gap in digital literacy.
