InsureDAO is a insurance market protocol on Ethereum. Anyone can create, purchase, and underwrite any insurance without KYC.

InsureDAO has just launched its testnet on the Rinkeby testnet. They have set out some tasks for testnet participants as an InsureDAO Bingo Challenge. Participants will be airdropped with INSURE after the mainnet launch. Not all tasks have to be completed to be eligible for the airdrop. But the more tasks you complete, the more INSURE you will acquire as an airdrop.

Follow the steps below to complete all the tasks. Note: There are a lot of tasks and will take you quite a while. Only do it when you have quite a bit of free time.

Getting Started:

First you will need to connect to Rinkeby testnet from your wallet. To tune into Rinkeby, click on the network switch button at the top of the Metamask and select Rinkeby Test Network.

The next step is to obtain test ETH to use on the Rinkeby Test Network.
You can obtain test ETH from https://faucet.rinkeby.io/. Click on the tweet link in the page.

Before posting, you need to change ”0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000" to your ETH address.
Copy the tweets URL and paste it into the input box on Rinkeby Faucet. Select the amount of ETH you need from the ‘Give me Ether’ button.

Mission — 1. Tweet with #InsureDAO and your ETH address

Go to https://rinkeby.insuredao.fi/. Connect your wallet and tweet using the “Tweet” from the InsureDAO front-end.

Mission — 2. Buy insurances

Go to https://rinkeby.insuredao.fi/insurances. Click on your address on the right and choose “Get USDC Faucet”.

Then select one of the insurances and input your desired covered amount and days.

To complete mission 6, you will need to claim your insurance pay out. Therefore, it is recommended to buy all of the insurances. Repeat the above process for Shogun and Ronin.

Mission — 3. Sell insurance by providing liquidity

Choose “Underwriting” on the top and then select the Index.

Deposit your desired amount of USDC to get LP tokens.

Mission — 4. Liquidity mining

Stake the LP tokens.

Let the farm rewards INSURE accumulate. Claim when you have more than 0.01 INSURE.

Mission — 5. Lock INSURE & boost your liquidity mining

Go to https://oneclickdapp.com/poncho-action. Connect your wallet. Click on “Write” and then choose “approve (address,uint256)”

Put in the following in the box

• Spender: 0xF46025D87F26d696bC1a60eAc4aDE1908134A089 (VotingEscrow address)
• Amount: 10000000000000000 (This number is calculated from 0.01 INSURE = 0.01*1e18 = 10000000000000000)

Then submit.

Go to https://rinkeby.etherscan.io/address/0xF46025D87F26d696bC1a60eAc4aDE1908134A089#writeContract and connect your wallet.

Put in the following in 7. create_lock.

• _value: Same as the INSURE token amount above. (I put in 10000000000000000)
• _unlock_time: 1659863016 (This is one year in the future.)

Then click “Write”.

Mission — 6. Redeem (Can only be completed after August 25)

On 25/8, a pseudo-hacking on one of the listed protocols will occur. After the pseudo-hack, you can claim from the insurance you bought to complete this mission.

Mission — 8. Idea for Custom Risk Index

Custom Risk Index is a a proxy to measure how safe a DeFi protocol is. Some ideas could be TVL of the protocol or the protocol token market cap. The lower the TVL or market cap of the DeFi protocol, the riskier that protocol should be. You will need to provide your idea at the form provided in Mission 10.

Mission — 9. Write a medium article

You can write any article on Medium which appeals InsureDAO to DeFi users.

Mission — 10. Apply for airdrop via the form
The last mission is to apply for airdrop via the designated form.
