Richard, What has been the latest on your HSBC situation? We are having the same issue as yourself, and the account is still suspended despite providing all the required information. And what is so disappointing is that at every point of contact with HSBC we are met with either a wall of indifference or a complete lack of empathy. It doesn’t surprise me when I read in the recent Which report on banking service that HSBC come near the bottom.
