Progress is happening

When I weighed myself on the first of the month, I was disappointed. I had gained 2 lbs and wasn’t sure why. I then measured my BMI and was very happy. My BMI had dropped noticeably and I was really happy that the weight I gained was muscle weight. I have been slacking a lot this month because I have been so caught up in things I need to do to graduate. I finally got it mostly sorted out and I will begin to start working out every day again. I have been getting exercise in through my job and playing soccer every day at lunch, so I’m not just sitting around. My eating habits need small fixes to be back to what they were for this project. I hope to see more progress by the beginning of next month.
