Some Americans are fearful of Islam and Muslims. The response from Aslan helped clear any potential negative stereotypes of Islam.

It is important to address uncomfortable topics. Lemon pushes boundaries to get answers. His ability to push boundaries resembles the likes of Cronkite or even Murrow.

Most people do not want to acknowledge Lemon’s abilities. Before even watching his full segments, social media users leap to conclusions about Lemon. These social media users desire to see Lemon fail.

Americans are not used to Lemon’s style. They are used to bland journalists who do not generate conversation.

It’s sad to see people misjudge Lemon. Critics of Lemon do not look deeper. They do not seek to understand his on-air style.

Lemon is negatively portrayed by people who do not understand broadcast journalism. It’s sad that viewers are hating on greatness.

After Lemon’s career is over, maybe people will finally start to appreciate him.
