And we can’t forget about automation. It should be a harmonious relationship between human and machine. While guidance by people is necessary for the implementation of automation, eventually the machines handle repetitive tasks. And provide consistent results based on data, analytics, and strict guidelines. Allowing humans (us) to focus on aspects of the business that require true human interaction.
