Briefly tell us how you decided to become an entrepreneur. I saw an opportunity to create a positive impact on the lives of others.

What is something you learned during your service (or as a military spouse)? How does it benefit your organization today? I learned the importance of “you can”. All things considered, every problem has an optimal solution.

Who has influenced you the most in your career or organization and why? My father. He taught me to put my heart into anything that I do.

What have you accomplished that you’re most proud of? Personal & professional growth from the insight and experience of others.

What’s one piece of advice you would give to another startup or entrepreneur? ‘You can’.

Where would you like to see your organization in ten years? A premier Sub-Saharan based consulting firm.
