This is the first one of their injury situations since Bynum that’s actually just bad luck. They drafted Noel and Embiid knowing they had a long road to even stepping on the court. I guess you could say it was bad luck that Embiid missed two seasons instead of just one, but there was a lot of noise before that draft this he might never even play.
