From a user point of view, Monzo are crushing it, but as you correctly point out, whether that translates to a real business is a much harder challenge.
It seems that tons of fintech startups begin as being ‘anti-bank’, but as they grow, they realise bit by bit the reason why banks did what they did in the first place, and eventually become what they set out to disrupt.

Whoever the winner is in 10 years time will probably be charging tons of fees and a new wave of startups will then be attacking them.
