Glorious Riches
Can I just boast about how astounding God is?
God had me come to New Zealand to do a discipleship training school with YWAM this past January. I had to raise support of $10,000 and somehow buy a ticket…with no money. With help from family members I was able to get a ticket, which was a blessing.
Six weeks of being in New Zealand went by and I didn’t recieve any further support. But I knew God promised me that He would meet every need (even if it was late according to the deadlines).
A couple other students needed more support so we did an intercession time asking for God’s hand to be on this area; praying in complete faith, believing God for this. You may not believe what happened after this; the next day I recieved the rest of my lecture fees. Honestly, I was not even a bit surprised. Papa had promised me and He is ever-faithful.
I still needed all of my outreach fees. People thought I was crazy because of the amount needed and the quickly approaching time until we left for outreach. My school leader updated me on what was still owed, which ended up being down half the amount. Some people asked me “wow, you still owe that much!?” That much? I thought. That’s nothing to God!
Besides, He promised me. It happened to be the week in lectures we were learning about God’s father heart and how God delights to provide for His children.
A fellow student had said she wanted to help support me and was figuring out the best way to get the donation in. I couldn’t even believe how generous she was in this.
The next week I recieved word that I only owed a little over $300. Then, an hour later I was told it was all covered! THEN! The person who said they were planning on donating hadn’t yet put in the money. WHAT!?! That meant all funds came in anonymously.
This is incredible. Because the majoirty was anonymous, I can’t thank you. Let this be my thank you. Thank you for being obedient to God’s voice. Thank you for your support. Thanks for allowing Papa to use you in the working of His kingdom and growth of my faith and my fellow students faith. I pray this would increase your faith, as well!
With appreciation and blessings,
Blessed daughter of The King
