I want to applaud you for taking on the challenge of trying out a vegan lifestyle. The motivation for doing so coming from a desire to reach a level of understanding is also admirable. We need more compassion and empathy between vegans and non-vegans when we engage on this controversial issue. Whatever your reasons for deciding to go back to consuming animal products (beyond the mention of it being “unrealistic”, I could not see a clear motivation), my hope is that you continue to leave animal products off your plate for at least some of your meals.
