The Power of The Golden Network

The saying goes that your Network equals your Net-worth. Today we had a powerful solution to an Attendee to our flagship Property Growth Starter Event. Just by connecting with myself I was able to solve her issue on a house that she had been given from her family. She required something around £50000 Bridging Loan to secure finance on the property. Now most Bridging companies don’t deal with sums this low so she was struggling to get the finance together from a trusted source she could trust. I was able to pass over a Broker I’ve known for years in the industry who was happy to grant the loan as a favour. Solution solved. A lot of people talk about the power of Other People’s Money and Other People’s Time, but most forget to leverage the power of Other People’s Network. The years of building up that one relationship, through a process of selection, earning the trust, this Attendee, who now I am happy to say is an Elite member, was able to tap into the Wealth of opportunity in the Property world. And she got this all by just turning up to our Event!
