CarpoolVote.com introducing Souls2ThePolls.org

CarpoolVote.com — the free ridesharing platform that links volunteer drivers and voters — has launched its sister site Souls2ThePolls.org.

Souls2ThePolls.org acts and looks exactly the same as CarpoolVote.com. Those who sign up to either site will go into the same database. So, a driver who signs up on Souls 2 the Polls could be matched with a rider who signed up on Carpool Vote, and vice versa. The only difference is the name and pictures.

Souls2ThePolls.org looks acts in exactly the same way as CarpoolVote.com

The new platform was created upon the suggestion of several faith leaders in the communities targeted by Carpool Vote’s voter ridesharing efforts. Souls 2 the Polls adopts the language that faith communities prefer to use when talking about offering rides to voters. We hope that this will make it easier for all who use our service to find it and understand how it works.

The service has already started matching drivers and riders who have signed up on either site. It is now inviting drivers, partner organizations, and voters who need a ride to sign up using the I NEED A RIDE and I CAN OFFER A RIDE buttons on CarpoolVote.com platform — via their desktop or mobile. Those without internet access can also call or SMS the hotline: 804–239–3389

The Carpool Vote matching algorithm then pairs drivers and voters who can travel at a similar time and place, taking into account seating and accessibility needs.
