The Monkey Robbed Me, Twice

WHY did I let the monkey robot scam me TWICE out of $24,000?! I mean, I can show you how to SAVE $588.00, but it will COST you $48,000

I wasn’t going to do it … But I figured what the $&%! Most of us know, our business, income, livelihood — is in our list, right? Well, let me just put this out there — I was using MailChimp. Had two lists built to the max of 2k subscribers each (not a ton, but a ton) … They’re GONE now. Deleted. Account locked. Closed. No warnings. Nothing.

I followed up with support — was told it must have been a “glitch”, and there was nothing they could do — there was nothing left to recover. These were ALL organic subscribers from my blog site .. .That same site that hit over 50k views in August. It started to make me wonder, how many other “glitches” had happened over this year.

Free service, right? Get what you don’t pay for? Lesson learned.

Don’t be me. Don’t let that cute little chimpanzee fool you in his rocket ship.

What’s a list worth to you? I know what mine was worth.

“Some industries have higher-than-normal abuse complaints, which can in turn jeopardize the deliverability of our entire system. Nothing personal, but in order to maintain the highest delivery rates possible for all our customers, we can’t allow businesses that offer these types of services, products, or content”

There is an extensive list — including bloggers, work from home opportunities, affiliate marketing, multilevel marketing, credit repair … or and escort services, cause clearly they’re all one in the same.

Don’t be me.

Bottomline — There’s a place to go free or inexpensive and there are places you can’t afford to, the irony.
