I agree with Kathryn Hing. You have highlighted great question ! After of course you have to adapt yourself.
But there is one I ask, even if I don’t feel 100% the person in front of me (but it’s my way of doing things…) I often ask, “Why do you do what you do?”
I try to find the motivation because, I could get the job, but if the first people of the company I meet doesn’t know why she works or is not motivated enough, why would I want to work with her?
