I just wrote a post on “Is the written word an artistic expression” leaving off with talk of NFTS and AI artworks with an example I created so following up on that with this post.
I previously wrote about fair use https://okaloosamls.wordpress.com/2023/02/07/fair-use/ so I am titling this Fair Use 2 with further talk about some of the ongoing discussion on the topic the nft world had a discussion on generative art via derivatives and transformations with fair use i.e. Beeple one of if not the best know digital artist currently.
