Oh hell yes. While I enjoyed the book, I cringed in parts at the sexism. (Especially his depiction of “Spinner,” whose nickname I took to be somewhat of a double-entendre.) I know that traditional journalism is a bastion of white-male perspectives, and I imagine he just can’t see some of his biases.
