Food Glorious Food!

Funky decor at Cheese and Alfies

We have been celebrating our local businesses on Christchurch Connect. Our Independents are what make our town so special. I asked four local business owners where they like to go for a bite to eat and for drinks in the evening. Take a look at where they recommend. Have you tried these places?

⚠️Warning, this blog will make you hungry!

🍰 Tea & Cake: Has to be the Dessert Lounge.

🍳 Breakfast: Cheese & Alfie’s, good food on a plate

🍰 Tea & Cake: I’m a tea fanatic and love a good cuppa in a proper cup and saucer with a teapot! We had a lovely cuppa and gluten free cake in Pure Cuisine in Christchurch High Street.

🍽️ A Meal Out: The Noisy Lobster, love the menu and the ‘noisy’ atmosphere

🍸 Drinks With Friends: The Captain’s Club — fizzy and decadent!

🍰 Tea & Cake: I love the huge scones they serve at The New Forest Perfumery in Christchurch and it has a great view of the castle.

🍽️ A Meal Out: James and White have a varied menu and some good offers.

🍸 Drinks With Friends: The Kings has a well stocked bar & serves some tasty cocktails!
