I guess since I have struggled for so long to try to find the courage to share my stories, it just strikes me as an odd thing to do.

Since I have had a very difficult time getting people to acknowledge that what I am experiencing is real, it feels like this will continue to “blur the lines” and people will say, “Of course it’s not real, it’s fictional. I read it in ‘X.’”

Of course with everything, it’s hard to know. One of Michener’s books, The Source, is my favorite book. In it, he shares a fictional example of God speaking through a woman, and because he wrote historical fiction, because he was writing a story that was trying to reflect what happened in the past, there wasn’t any other option.
