Check out the Natural Law Resource Based economy. We are at the end of the money system. As long as there is money nothing will ever change. It always reverts back to what it is. You may fix it for a while but it will never last. That is why history repeats.
Also as noted here technology is replacing the worker and so things are become about free anyhow in many things.
