Entry 83
Last night
I slept,
Today
I ate,
And yet
I am in a daze.
My eyes try to gather
All the leaves of this fractal page.
Failing.
I accept warm fate.
My eyelids are a heavy blanket,
Warmer than our love had been.
You intrude
When I am woeful.
Unwelcome memories make their resurgence in the dark.
A long dropped connection,
I hallucinate it living again
To feel the pang of a hollow spark.
