Detour!

“The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.”

Jinxed myself today by sharing my plan before I headed out. Zigged when I should have zagged and found myself far enough into Bear Canyon that I decided to just keep on going.

Tried to find where I was on Google maps, but didn’t have a strong enough signal. Talked to people on the trail and even sent photos to my husband to figure out the route I originally wanted to go.

But, oh well. Still got a great run in and explored a section of the trails I’ve never been before. Got to check out the backside of Bear Peak and DAMN she’s looking good.
