What’s Your After Work Routine?

Two days a week, I go to business school after work from 6–9, and then take an hour-long train home, and then get in bed, eat a plate of cheese or drink a glass of wine (or both if I’m feeling sassy) and watch This is US or Dateline on my laptop. On nights when I don’t take class, I either cook dinner and play a board game with my boyfriend, do homework or meet with groups to divide group project work, or pass out as soon as I’m done with dinner.

I started the working out before work thing to really grab back as much of my “me time” as possible — this also makes me feel more in control and more energetic during class.

This leaves very little room for sleeping (bad) and spending money (good).
