New Shaper Introduction: Crisel Casillas

Crisel Casillas Gomez is a Senior Analyst, Asset and Portfolio Management at National Community Investment Fund, and is responsible for asset management of NCIF’s portfolio of New Market Tax Credit projects, loans, and equity investments. Prior to joining NCIF, Ms. Casillas Gomez was an Associate Business Analyst at Capital One Financial Corp, where she performed portfolio analytics related to commercial credit risk management, and monitored credit, financial, and qualitative performance. Her interest in impact investing stems from her experience in the Social Enterprise and Microfinance Internship program at the University of Notre Dame, where she interned at a microfinance and fair trade company that provided microloans to women in developing countries to create jobs in the local communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Saint Mary’s College Notre Dame.
