Dandies Mini Marshmallow Trail Mix 3 ways

Making your own trail mix is super easy. Here are 3 Trail mix recipes with Dandies Mini’s Marshmallows and classic fall flavors that are sure to fuel you through your busiest days. The aromas they create in your home during prep will make you feel better about saying “sayonara” to summer.

1. Pumpkin Spice Latte Trail Mix


  • 1 Cup Dandies Pumpkin Mini Marshmallows or Dandies Vanilla Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Wheat Chex
  • 1 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Espresso Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Melted vegan butter
  • 2 Tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Clove
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice


Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a bowl mix together walnuts, pumpkin seeds, wheat chex, spices, sugar and melted butter. Spread mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Meanwhile, in small saucepan on very low heat melt chocolate chips. Remove from heat and stir in espresso beans, coating them completely in chocolate. Remove them from the pan and place on a piece of parchment paper. Using a fork, separate each bean. Once they’re cool toss them the cocoa powder to prevent them from sticking to eachother. In a mixing bowl combine espressoo beans, pumpkin seed mixture, and pumpkin mini marshmallows. Enjoy!

2. Banana S’mores Trail Mix

3. Maple Brown Sugar Trail Mix


  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Dandies Vanilla Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup Pecans
  • 1 Cup Granola
  • 1 Tbsp Vegan Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg


Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a small saucepan on medium/low heat melt butter and stir in maple syrup. Add in sugar and spices and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add Pecans, mix until evenly coated. Spread pecans out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Toast in the oven for 5–10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. Let cool completely. In a mixing bowl add granola, candied pecans, cranberries, almonds and mini marshmallows. Enjoy!
