Give me less, I’ll pay more

I’ve looked at this model, and the anniversary one preceding it (made of much cooler metal). However, I’ve decided not to get it, enjoying my Fujifilm X-Pro2 with its hybrid OVF/EVF. You can use view mode to turn off the LCD and use the optical viewfinder only — still vastly superior to Leica’s. You can turn off the preview in it as well. But you can reclaim it back if you want to. Shortly after I decided not to get the 262, Hasselblad announced its first compact medium-format, which, for the money, will also provide a lot of fun all of its own. I’m not convinced that the minimalism you’re getting in case of Leica 262 without LCD is the true beauty — I’d like to read your report six months later!
