Whether you are a complete beginner or a pro, this list is for you. This blog contains my top 3 favorite fitness equipment to use in 2023 to help achieve your health goals.

All the equipment range from affordable to top range so you can start working out without destroying your bank balance.

Here is a quick link to each of the products:

1.Kettle Bells

First up is the kettlebells. These can easily range from £20 to £90 when buying first hand, but if you look on Facebook or eBay you could find them for about a £1.50 per kilo. I would recommend buying them second hand if you are starting out or don’t have much money.

A 6kg orange mirafit kettlebell

Kettlebells are perfect for almost every muscle, super simple to use, and are very easy to store. You can preform squats and swings with the kettlebell to tone muscle, it is also very cost effective which makes the kettlebell far superior to the dumbbell.

The Mirafit kettlebell has an easy to grip handle and a protective outer shell to prevent dints and scratches to the weight or your floor. It comes in a variety of different weights which makes it usable for beginners and pros.

2.Indoor Exercise Bike

Next is the indoor exercise bike from amazon. This one is a bit pricier at £108, but is worth every penny.

This bike is well designed with a sturdy frame capable of holding 120kg so you do not have to worry about it collapsing on you. The bike itself is very light weighing in at about 15.5kg. It is also compact so that it can be collapsed and stored easily. The measurements are 40.1D x 66.6W x 135.9H centimeters.

Another feature I love about the Ativafit bike, is just how comfortable it is to ride. The seat has extra padding so you can ride in joggers for hours without it hurting. The seat is also oversized so it can fit all users.

But all these features are useless if the bike doesn't preform well right? Well this bike preforms excellently, it has an 8 level magnetic resistance feature which allows you to start slow and easy and build up progressively. Personally I think that this is great for beginners who can not pedal much. It also comes with a digital screen to track the distance, speed, time and heart rate. This allows you to view how well you are doing and any progression that you are making.

3.Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are a great tool to have in your collection. They are cost effective at only £30 for the entire set of 5. They are also just as versatile as the kettlebells. Personally I like to use my resistance bands to warm-up before a workout.

But they can also be used to help progress an exercise or make it easier. This makes the resistance bands beginner friendly as well as being effective for more experienced users.

These particular bands offer great durability and quality for the price. They are also super easy to store or carry, so you can take them anywhere you like.

And that's it for my top 3 list. However, they are only my recommendation so if you have other plans or budgets then obviously go with what works for you. Thanks for reading, if there are any questions then please ask.
