I think the “most dangerous thing of all” was that Jackson became sick and was unavailable for 6 weeks. What would have happened if Jackson became too sick to return? Working 21 hours per day will destroy a person. My belief is that product design quality is directly related to the health and wellness of the team. If the team members are healthy and happy, you have a better chance at delivering a higher quality product.
