I have this friend that is always looking for the next best thing. He wants to start this idea, that idea, work on some other thing and sometimes dabbles in whatever else.

I find it irritating, irrational, and irresponsible.

What’s worse is how he constantly looks for people to join him, as if to ask them to also be iii. There is no good reason that someone would want to support another person that they don’t believe in. The Dragon’s Den has shown us that no matter how good or bad an idea is, without execution and sales, people find it hard to invest real dollars.

The same is how time is treated. One of the only exceptions is family and love. I’d support my wife through something I thought was pointless, to support her, not her idea.

There are people who have not learned, or who’ve forgotten some of the fundamentals of action. Some have been compiled into a single saying, to help remind us of how it works

Build it and they will come

Yes, I know this is speaking of the consumer but it still holds true to the idea of investors, emotional support, and staff. People need to take a cold hard look at themselves and ask, would I support me. Not my idea, but the practical success that I’ve already achieved.
