Everybody is under psychological and financial stress with COVID-19. Quite frankly I’m sick of seeing that word and thinking about it. We live in a world barraged by negative news, restrictions on our civil liberties, and at work, we’re stressed. 50% of our happiness level is determined by our genetics, 10% by circumstance, and 40% by intentional activity.
By focusing on the 40%, the intentional activities, we can examine in this article how to “do happiness”. I believe that we are all able to take back control, and influence how we feel on a daily basis.
