Hey! I actually, a few months ago, switched over to more of a paleo diet. I ditched the wheat, grains and other processed junk. Now I try to eat more whole foods and focus on high-quality fats, proteins and fruits/vegetables.

I’ve actually gained a bit of weight, but I bring in a extra-calorie protein shake to help the process along. It’s all helped a lot, but I still often feel like I could eat more.
