How To Eat For Nutrition Instead Of Pleasure
Nicolas Cole

I recently cut wheat out of my diet after years of pizza, pasta and other wheat products being a staple in my “Italian American” diet.

Although I’m not celiac and have a slice of pizza every once in a while, it’s crazy how much my body has changed. I stopped breaking out, my energy is way up and I swear it has had an impact on my seasonal allergies. Since giving up wheat and other processed foods, I hardly react to dust and pollen like I used to.

When I do have wheat, everything spirals out of control as early as the next day. Really proved to me that wheat isn’t something I want in my body.
