What are your thoughts in response to Al Reis and Jack Trout’s ideas in Positioning, where they talk about how “It’s better to be first than it is to be better” and how you should strive to be first in the mind of the buyer. (regarding positioning)? Do you believe there are flaws with that thinking as well, or is this different?
