Sounds like Quilt has an opportunity to utilize all the new analytic software that’s been coming out for auto and personal lines insurance. One advantage y’all have over larger companies is the ability to adopt new and more efficient software without moving massive amounts of data and pissing everyone off. (Bureaucracy’s biggest enemy is itself!)

I agree, insurance is in serious need of a makeover. I believe there’s a huge opportunity for improvement in most areas of it. Quite frequently, people of my generation have a negative opinion about companies or don’t know anything about it.

My question is, what new tech do you plan to incorporate into your business?

There are plenty of new ideas being developed but besides analytics, what else can we look forward to?
